If you picked a Tank into Vlad. You removed any pressure against vlads weak laning phase. Both Vlad and Rumble are difficult with MR since they do Sustained damage. Particularly Rumble who requires few items.
However, if your Melting to the enemy after building defenses, I would be convinced that your not taking your CC into best use.

okay i'm a malphite with freaking sunfire randuin forzen hearth i'm up aginest a riven who only got a freaking brutazlier for hes pen he got hydra and a bf sword and this mother fucker is melting my hp in a few fucking second or i'm a sion with freaking warmogs spirit vissage and mercs and this fucking vlad with
and zhonyas is just eating away my hp with no fucking issues what so ever its like what the hell..
That's quite a lot that riven actually has. did she have her Lucidity boots? That would be extra finesse and defenses as well as offensive boosts. Unless you can stick to riven, the sunfire is useless. Unless you were using it for wave clear, but you can't beat riven in that. You also really shouldn't stack Randuins and frozen Heart.
In that position, I would go Wormargs, Frozen Heart, Thornmail. Since riven is High damage low defense, thornmail will do more damage than Sunfire, and reduce her healing from her life steal. The Frozen heart is mostly the CDR for your abilities. Wormargs will offer you better Health Regen than any of your other items. offering you better lane sustain.
Also Vlad spike mid game after level 9 when he maxes his Q. If he gets to that point with WotA and Zhonyas then you have already lost your early game advantage. A sion you won't have kill pressure on Vlad so you need to take advantages elsewhere. Start with a Flask. Do the level 2 clear cheese and TP to lane. Rush a specters Cowl, don't upgrade it yet. Start building your Frozen Heart, or at the very least the Glacial shroud. So that you have Mana and CDR. Start pushing into his tower and denying him farm.
