This is in regard to the Teemo pbe changes. I mean they are gonna be tested for like the 5th or 6th time in the coming pbe cycle and I'm just sitting here think well am I gonna have to get ready for these changes or what? Seriously can you guys make up your mind with these changes lately but I will trade the Teemo changes/rework for the Malphite buffs because those are awesome!
On My Kill List1 votesteemo makes alot of money through skin sales. and is extremely popular much like lee sin. which is why riot when doing changes to champs like lee sin or teemo will take their time and generally favor them more so then say someone like zac or shen or some random unpopular champ.

Saezio1 votesCould be that teemo even after the changes isn't relevant (much like now) and riot are thinking "Do we want a normal champ or a champ whose only reason to stay like that is bad players that make him relevant?" I hope they raise his skill floor much more than what they are doing. We need to kill all the old champions because we need better reworked champs that can stand toe to toe with newer flashier champs.
