Am I Unlucky?

For the past few weeks I have generally been getting unlucky.

A quick rundown of how nearly every one of these unlucky games go:

1. Do well in lane myself, either a few kills up or have farm/tower lead on enemy.
2. Watch as one of my teammates feeds to all hell, resulting in a dead and buried lane.
3. Offer words of encouragement, "Hey guys, I'm fed, we can do this."
4. Feeder returns with some choice words, "This is all the supports fault. What the heck jungle no gank?"
5. Teamfight ensues; we are crushed by the fed enemy.
6. GG.

Now I understand this is all part of playing league and every player gets games like these, but every time I play ranked it feels like I get these games.

It's just aggravating; I feel like these games aren't my fault, and of course there's the excuse, "oh if you do better you can win!!" But I can't carry games like these, it's very much akin to a 4v5.

I have to five man queue so I know all of my teammates are competent, and at the very least do not feed their lane 5 kills by 10 minutes. However, I still want to be self-reliant and solo queue.

Advice?

Take a break from ranked? Hope for better games? I'm honestly stumped, and I've dropped quite a few ranks already...
