I can tell you that making me feel cheated by acting like a refund is giving away ip/rp is bad customer service and I hope you reconsider because at the moment you have no more ip/rp coming in from me based on these changes to runes and how its being handled specifically.

let me be clear i don't want blue essence or icons or any of that, i want the ip back so i can unlock exact equivlent of chempions of my purchase price not the % refund on nerfed prices converted into blue essence.
