I played since season 1, and in season 2 started to play ranked. I started with filling because that's what the best players recommended. This led me down a dark path to the bottom of bronze 5, in to the depths of elo hell. Anyways in season 3 I determined that instead I would pick a main and have to learn how to get good enough to carry players who rage, troll, afk in order to climb since this happens 100% of games in bronze (even when I tried to fill in the past).

So I proceeded to play Pantheon every game since season 3. I played him and name changed to SoloTopPantheon / PantheonSoloTop in season 4 and started moving up and down in bronze finally. And in season 5 I name changed to Middle Pantheon / Pantheon Middle and recently hit silver on both accounts. The "average player still labels me a troll and tries to force me into things I will not do. Despite 100% of my games being reported for having an unpopular methodology I have earned my good behavior icon on both accounts and received no bans or chat restrictions since picking my main in season 3. I have played this way for 1000+ games on 2 accounts, yet every game some "new jack" tries to explain how i will lose and get banned then proceed to insult me and break the T.O.S. themselves.

Anyways congratulations to me for climbing up to silver, I now know the path to enlightenment and look forward to dynamic queue. I am so pleased that riot is embracing my style formally. With a group of 2 friends I can be guaranteed my spot and riot claims to implement detectors to auto frag players who steal my lane. Good job riot I am a happy summoner.

Been playing since Season 1. Plays one champion. Has climbed from B5-S5. Started from the bottom now we still pretty low

That's actually really pathetic that you are a one trick pony who can't even get out of silver after 3 seasons. Any rage I could feel towards you for being a champion select douche has been cancelled out for the pity I feel for you for failing so hard at this game.

Are you saying you auto lock pantheon no matter what? Like do you take mid or top even if someone already took one of those roles? Or do you support pantheon, adc pantheon, jungle pantheon etc when needed?

Considering how I'm basically a fill player who managed to crack Gold 5 in less time and effort than it took you to somehow edge out Silver with only Panth, I don't understand how playing fill is bad.

So you've played since season 1.... Pantheon primarily now for what? 4 seasons? Yet you're only Silver? I don't know man. If I saw a guy going Pantheon mid with 800+ Ranked games played on him and he is still in Silver.... I would highly assume you were trolling too. Just my honest opinion here.

Auto-locking/Role-or-troll and playing off meta are two different things.

If you're saying you play your champ/role regardless of picks ahead of you, troll champ select to get your role, or fish for a dodge when you're last pick, then that is toxic.

If you're saying you play Pantheon mid whenever you get the opportunity, but will fill other roles when needed then whatever, that's not that big a deal.

no, he said he only started Pantheon in S3. Before, he was just filling whatever position was left.

So what happens when someone else autolocks into your position and they too have a name like yours: ** _(random champion here)_MID** By your own logic you cant tell them that they cant have that spot because of their name. So do you end up duoing mid?

And you cant say that you havent had anyone autolock into your main role because you said:

and there is no way you can play that much and not have it happen once
