I think Xerath needs a buff

I don't see him very often and I've just recently started playing him. I originally thought he was op because of that poke... Honestly, if he's going to hinder his OWN MOVEMENT SPEED, and which he already has no mobility to begin with, he should have higher damage than what he has...

Just me?

Oh and his ultimate doesn't feel like I'm unleashing the power of a near god-like entity. Maybe re-add built-in penetration. He is a poke mage after all.

nah. all his abilities are skill shots

if you can actually land them all consistently he's pretty awesome

He doesn't need any buffs. He has fairly high damage, some decent self-peel, and is a pretty mean lane bully in some cases.

The last thing he needs back is built-in magic pen.

He's not meta right now due to the fact that juggernauts are running rampant and he can't do too much against them.
