This is very poor design in my opinion and something should be done to separate the kits of these champions from each other.

's been gutted with her nerfs, and is badly in need of buffs. is superior than since she wasn't nerfed.

Zoe and Ahri are not remotely similar. One is highly mobile and low burst damage, the other is low mobility and high burst damage.
Aatrox is called "budget Riven" for a reason.
Going by this logic,

Zoe is really reliant on getting picks with her E and Q. Ahri waits for the perfect moment to jump in with her ults and blast someone off the map.
