Please make adc great again

It feels like the game is a win or loss no matter what you do as an adc. Unless you completely stomp lane and get fed, it just doesn't matter. The game feels way too dependent on Mid and Jg. If mid sucks, you lose, if jg sucks, you QUICKLY lose and vice versa. Not only this, but the abundant pool of champs that just delete adc by looking in their general direction or render them useless is too high: And I know what you're going to say: "They're assassins, they're supposed to do that." Well, if you were an astute observer, you would note that there are plenty of assassins that I didn't list. The ones I listed all have something in common, they have WAY TOO MUCH mobility or some other overloaded safety mechanic. They come out of no where, kill you, and escape before you or your team can do anything about it most of the time. Let's not forget this shit:

Oh, and if you aren't playing (which get's banned quite often, btw), good luck doing anything to tanks. Three items on adc, you think you're golden, but wait, a wild appears. His Q does 30% of your HP, but you auto him 10 times and he's still at 90% health. Not to mention . But honestly, this all boils down to the other lanes being more important.
