Griefing and Rage quitting are running rampant in this game and you need to fix it.

I lose more games to trolls, afk-ers, and griefers than ever before. It's really a big problem. Some of the worst cases, I keep tabs on their summoner name to see if they ever have any gaps in their play time from bans... NOPE. Riot literally doesn't ban these guys. It's absolutely ridiculous. There's a guy I've been checking on for 3 months now and the most he goes without a game is 2 days. So he obviously had no action taken against him.... Come on Riot, this behavior makes the game extremely frustrating and not enjoyable.

Maybe they did it once or twice? Yeah, it sucks that this happens, but you honestly can't expect them to be banned for behaving like asshats in one match. After all, did you ever hear about anyone being banned for toxic chat after one game (barring the most extreme cases)?

Their running rampant as a result of the strict IFS. They can't express frustration through chat, so they do it in gameplay means instead

personaly i dont care about BS in chat mute option is there if i need it but AFK and leavers thats different story. I would give every AFK and leaver 1 or 2 hour BAN automaticaly other stages of punishmet left as is and also give this short ban to players that left loby or fail to accept few times in row.

The main reason people are trolling, afking and griefing more, I believe right now, is due to the fact that we have ranks for 5 different roles. Which means that people who are not playing a role they actually care about will simply just troll since it doesn't affect them as much. I myself had someone go singed adc since he was autofilled into it. Flamed me all game (while all chatting) and ran around. He literally said to get him out of that game so he can play his actual role. He did not even finish his placement games for jungle, adc and support.
