Suggested Wit's End change.

As someone who misses the old Ionian Spark and noticing a lack of health/as items I have a suggestion for Wit's End. REMOVE THE DAGGER ADD SOME HEALTH!

This way the item is less niche and better suited for bruisers and tanks. I figure there would be 2 ways to do this make it build from Spectre's Cowl and Recurve Bow and keep the regen passive or remove the Dagger and add Kindlegem to the recipe. Currently it's a junk niche item since junglers can nab devour enchant, bruisers can nab trinity, as mages and hybrid go nahsors, adcs dont need it, so it needs something to set it apart.
