costs 580 to upgrade permanently (Can get the essence from breaking down the 3 I own)
costs 675 to upgrade permanently (Will have to break down all 4 others)
So should I get , , or reroll for a random permanent?

just keep in mind that there is a REALLY SMALL chance of getting the new annie skin when you re-role

2zj9FiyzkJ1 votesoh sorry my mistake. i forgot that you are talking about CHAMPS at the end when i wrote about the new annie skin. so far, re-roling champ shards will give you a champ that you don't own. re-roling skin shards will give you a skin that you don't own
