Did No-one Think About Jungle Tanks with the Mid Season Changes?

Almost all of the changes in the mid season are either completely insignificant of nerfs for jungle tanks. This is not OK, Jungle tanks are already very weak.

Firstly three items that are core to jungle tanks due to their 500 HP value and their synergy with Cinderhulk (SV, Rand's, DMP) are all getting their HP nerfed by 75. On a tank who builds two of these items and a Cinderhulk (ie. every jungle tank) you're losing 173 HP just from your core build. Losing almost 200 HP and gaining at best 10 armour and 10 MR is crippling for jungle tanks. If you're building Rand's it's even worse, since you also lose 15% Crit damage reduction and gain nothing for the item.

The new Gargoyle Stoneplate item isn't a good option for jungle tanks either since jungle tanks are unanimously reliant on AOE damage. You can't afford to lose 60% of your damage as Sejuani, Amumu, Rammus or Zac, these champs are actually quite heavily damage reliant. If the damage reduction was a more sane number like 30% then it might be a consideration, but even then it would be a stretch.

The other new item Adaptive Helm isn't bad, but it suffers from a fairly low HP value which leads back to the exact same problem for jungle tanks. Same goes for the reworked Abyssal Sceptre, it's a good item but it utterly fails to fill the role that jungle tanks actually need from a new item with the ongoing changes.

Some changes that I think could be made to help jungle tanks with the mid season are to directly buff the HP bonus value on Cinder, most likely from 15% to 20%, although in the absence of any other changes to other items you'd probably need to bump it all the way up to 25% for jungle tanks to be remotely relevant. I'd also like to see Randuin's not lose it's crit reduction and have it's HP increased as a tradeoff for some armour giving it a more unique niche from DMP, I'd say something like 600HP and 50 Armour would be good here. I'd also like to see the stats on Abyssal re-balanced to be a little more favourable to HP reliant tanks, I'd say something like 400 HP and 60 MR with an increase to around 3k gold.
