It's for all physical damage. It's still 12% life steal from basic attacks.

I mean she is all AOE but it's not like it's a downgrade from item 3074 or that it won't synergize with it. Overall looks like a good item on her especially combined with .

is this item worth on riven?? cause of the 33 % effectivness... is rivens q multi target effects?? and if you have hydra do you get insta 33 % effectiveness cause hydra is aoe

since it's not "lifesteal" but "heal on damage" i'm not quite sure hydra has been programmed to scale with lifesteal, but it doesn't really matter since riven Q is AoE it has 33% efficiency hitting 3 target 99.99% efficiency after that you outscale "heals" 4+ target and you can go over 15% also you can build bloodthirster and hydra so yeah in the end you heal and lifeleech from everything you do.

it the damage on heal is programmed as life leech than GG hydra+ your AoE damage it's over you'll be out healing them in groups.

that's why i think it doesn't scale life leech
