Idea: Increase Kennen's W damage.

Seeing as Kennen's W is absolutely essential for both his zoning playstyle and his waveclear, it seems to me that it should be doing a lot more damage. Two items in (if you're building the standard Zhonya's Rylais), an E W combo doesn't even clear the casters. Additionally, in lane, Kennen's presence with W is very small. The goal, I think, would be to Q and then make the enemy fear the W. This would zone them out, rewarding you for landing a Q and punishing them for getting hit by it. But the way it is now, W doesn't even leave a scratch. I feel increasing the base damage or the scaling would fix this. Let me know what you think.

OR they could increase his E damage and make him choose whether to use it as engage or DPS.

If anything, they should buff his E. The W is almost free harass once you land a single mark on them, and making it stronger would make him very oppressive. His E puts him in danger though, and he can easily run through a whole wave with it. Buffing its damage would help him clear waves better without making him TOO much stronger.

Kennen is most likely among the most balanced champs in the game. The W isn't supposed to damage but poke. Not until max rank (which btw should be maxed first) does it do kill damage. I think he's fine but it would be interesting to see a meta shift if AP casters got back in top.

Kennen is also manaless though. You have to be careful giving a manaless champion too much quick AoE wave clear.

Buffing his E sounds good to me.
