Blitzcrank is one of the most unfun champions to play against

The fact that a single screw-up in positioning costs you your life or a summoner spell is really irritating. In pro-play, of course, this is okay. Pros are really, really good at positioning. But in lower elos, I've hated Blitzcrank from the moment I first went up against him. It takes so much more effort to play against him than to play as him, and he's actually horrible to play against because of this. The problem obviously lies in his hook knockup silence combo. I don't know what to do about it to make it a bit more manageable in lower elos besides maybe to stop the hook from going through walls. Nautilus's hook doesn't go through walls, and he's still plenty viable. I feel Blitzcrank's hook shouldn't either since it's kind of ridiculous in the first place that it can. But there may be other fixes. Not sure.
