Brilliant idea for a champion

Their autos... are just slapping people. We have yet to have this in a champion, and I feel it would be fun to hear a slapping sound effect when you hit a champion or CS.

Also, a move idea- the champion slaps the area in front of them, knocking back any projectiles and turning them and their effects towards enemies. This could be a good ultimate or just a really long cooldown E or W, but we have yet to have this kind of mechanic on a champion. And it happens to work with this slapping one.
