Easy counter for Rakan

I dont know if this is known yet, but Zilean is a strong counter to Rakan. Rakan is based around sheilding teammates and engaging. If Zilean puts a bomb on the enemy ADC, Rakan wont be able to sheild them without taking dmg himself. So Rakan will have to choose between either sheilding his ADC while taking dmg himself, or let his ADC take the dmg. This will quickly wear down Rakan and his ADC.

Also, when Rakan uses his Ult, Zilean can hit him with the slow then rewind to speed up a teammate. This will render Rakan's ult kinda useless, or require him to burn a flash.

(And Zilean's ult power is kinda obvious)

Maybe im totally wrong on this, but i thought itd be worth sharing. Happy laning.
