New M.Pen item for Season 8. Are we getting one?

So I'm noticing a trend here...

I know that the argument can be made that "...everyone has a basic attack..." that can be enhanced with Ar.Pen items, but that is not ideal for champs that primarily scale on AP.

Versus fighters and tanks who itemize against Magic Damage champions, there is virtually no real "Optimal" build path to fight them with. There is only 1 real build path.

I want to ask, does season 8 see the addition of a new Magic Penetration item? Or would that be too OP for the likes of the many Veigars, Akalis, and Dianas out there? I remember now that we lost Abyssal Scepter as an AP item before it was reworked into . Does that mean that this is out of the question?

it's almost because champions have 30 base mr and 90 base armor, that we have more armor pen items

item 3136 should get 2 build paths,one that is good against HP stacking targets item 3151 and one which gives more flat MR pen and Ap,making it more of an assassin item.

And why exactly you want the the entire ArmorPen/Lethality fiasco again? Flat Pen is an early punishment option! Not a Lategame fantasy!

While the lack of Magic pen is a major problem of balancing in the game and that it needs to be fixed, I don't think most people would agree about this. I mean, there are still some idiots who says that MR is not impactful enought, that there's not enought of it in the game and that its the biggest problem in the game (we literally only have 3 pen items who dosen't feel like doing anything VS item 3001 item 3194 item 3060 item 3102 item 3174 item 3193 item 3190 item 3156 item 3139 item 3222 item 3065 item 3091 item 3050 item 3512 PLUS massive resistances from runes ...) and that everyone should get their core mr buffed.I approve that we definitely need mooooooore mpen, but I doubt this will ever become a wish come true since it dosen't seems like an important topic to Riot (while it should...) and that magic damage is still the big bad wolf for a lot of dumb players who never played any mage or any AP scaling carry champ of their lives
