I think Shadow Evelynn would look the best with varying colors. Dark themed colors should work easily. And perhaps a very feminine-style chroma like soft pink and white (something like that).
Still on the wagon for dual Chromas for Eve and TF tango skins being a win!

Honestly, I kinda think Tango Eve skin should get chromas. Really I think it should go to Masquerade, but that one is legacy. But you should get Shadow for the SFX and Tango for the chromas.
