Why isn't needlessly large rod building off of Blasting Wand for the same cost of about 1600 (or even 1500)? - >

What about Frost Queen Claim - ? Can it get a mana restore if the active hits enemies (or enemy champions)?

How is gunblade and rageblade affected by the changes to the spellvamp mechanic in Wota? Not that i'm complaining - I actually like that change.

Oh one more - For the rework, consider making it an spell reliant passive item. Such that dealing damage to an enemy with a spell or autoattack will send an AoE pulse that shreds the resistance of enemies around the champion for 7%(Can happen up to 5 times ) and the pulse having a cd of 1.5 sec.

becuase its 1200g and 60ap now

They just changed all the support items

They arent changing spell vamp, they are just changing WotA ( I would guess a vamp change coming soon)

Got to the fourth one and realized it wasnt a question

If the WotA changes are received well, then they may end up changing Gunblade to something like "Gain 12% of all damage dealt as HP" (This would include, Autos, abilities, and items)

As for NLR, they're reducing NLR's cost and AP so they can allow it to build into more items and increase the AP of several items. Because of the price reduction of NLR, they swapped it out with Blasting Wand in the Archeangels recipe so now Archeangels gives 80 AP instead of 60 for the same total price.

FQC currently has no changes right now.

Abyssal also has no changes in store, as they are still exploring that specific space.
