Small Pantheon QOL change

Not really a change.

I feel like there should be an indicator underneath targets that are low enough to get dropped by Pantheon's certain death akin to the one Cho'Gath gets when he can ult someone and kill them.

This would also help with clarity. Pantheon should know when he can kill someone and people should know why Pantheon just crit them with no crit chance.
