I see a lot of players in my Facebook groups making new accounts and are trying to climb but are unable to. I'd like to shed some light on people who believe that their individual play matters in League of Legends.

It doesn't.

Right now league is 100% entirely based around pro players. Riot does not care about the common player because they arent the ones who are getting sponsorships and followings on twitch. Do not be fooled by patch notes. Riot does not give one single ____ (cant type that word or mods will ban me) about anyone under master tier.

Please new players. Do not think that you can climb solo queue. The game is balanced around 10 player PRO matches. At the very most you can hope to have a positive winrate if you duo queue with someone your elo.

EVERY pro player (zero exceptions, i mean EVERY pro player) duo queues to their rank. If you try and truly solo queue you are at the mercy of your team. You cannot 1v9 carry anymore.

The biggest misconception, i re-iterate, in leaguie of legends is that you can solo carry a game. You can't. To win a game nowadays it requires absolutely perfect communication between you and your 5 teammates. Absolutely PERFECT communication. If you duo queue, that eliminates 1 of the 4 other teammates. If both of you play broken overpowered meta champions, you stand a chance of climbing.

I really hope that people realize to give up if you are solo queueing ranked games. Unless you play 5,000 games+ this season, you cannot climb. Riot is incompetent at designing a good game anymore and all of their developers are terrible at their jobs.

I'm a new player. My old account was low gold before I decided to make a new one. In a month I went from unranked to gold 1. I have a 63% winrate right now over 71 games played in ranked. There's been plenty of games that I've solo carried. I also /muteall my team at the start of every game and communicate exclusively through pings. I also don't duo queue.

Stop projecting your insecurities onto an entire player base.

Yeah, no. Smurfs that play solo and have 98% winrate up until Diamond 4 disagree with you.

If someone is new to this kind of game they are going to be silver for a few seasons ... that is the reality.

what is funny is that in every good post who shines some light on the problems of this game RIOT sends her army of downvoters to shut down the post.

this game feeling like comunism more and more.

individual play doesnt matter anymore - silver 2 with less than 2.0 kda on all champs
