queue up in new champ select, I got mid but we get a Ryze in the support role, goes bot lane, doesn't build sightstonye (or any support items) doesn't even get spell thief edge. 0/7/2

I'm not gonna say you can't play Ryze support, that'd be really hypocritical of me as my 2nd most played support is vel'koz

At what point can you draw the line between "playing a role poorly" and "not playing your assigned role/not cooperating with the team"?
