ADC Forced into both summoner picks

Seriously, team builder holds the proof that the grand majority of league players find an ADC without Heal/Flash in combo is a kick worthy offense.

I'm not saying that most of the time it's not the best choice (due to the fact that it affects both bot laners) It just strikes me that a role can be so totally pigeon holed due to the absolute requirement of flash, in combination with any other requirement.

Surely this never was really intended as a form of balance amongst summoner spells.

Every role has to take flash. Every single one.

There's about 5 champions in the game that can get away with not having flash. And none of them are adc.

heal on the adc isnt even the most optimal choice anymore. its better to go for barrier or exhaust and let the support pick up heal due to the fact that ignite now only affects self heals.

so if the adc is ignited he still receives the full heal value.
