This new experience mechanic at low lvls...

This is the third game in a row when I get a kill at lvl 1 as olaf. I'll shove the lane and try to back. Before the lane completely crashes into the turret, the other person will TP back into lane before my recall even finishes. Once I buy my items and TP back myself, they're normally a lvl and half to two levels over me. Has anyone else noticed this? Had this problem?

Why am I now behind for killing them first? This makes no sense.

It's from minion EXP, as early champion kills give less EXP now.

If you kill someone around 10 secs before minions spawn, then you can go back and REMEMBER instead of left clicking twice, press RIGHT CLICK once in the shop to buy an item, press P for shop, and then close the shop and tp back. Minions give more xp then one kill at early levels.
