With the PBE changes it seems like us mage mains will have to go somewhere else, unless there's a mastery that's really broken in practive I don't think mages are going to really exist anymore.
And to be honest, assassins aren't either, with the new anti-burst item.
Maybe DPS mages will still exist?

I have some faith that things will clean up and balance by time this stuff hits live. We're getting to react to it this early, which means that there's hopefully enough time to tweak it into a better state.
