Zoe which is a litterally better 7.21 galio deserved hotfix buffs as a new champion with almost 50% win rate lmfao... when everybody is saying shes retarded negative risk maximum reward champion in pretty much EVERY ELO.

zoe is a 7.21 galio with less risk better laning phase less bad matchups can still 1 shot u even when behind because her base dmg on top of her ratio is somehow suposed to be ok numbers for whatever reason and on top of that can win purely off of RNG in a competitive game.

basically if zoe happens to get a tp you pretty much cannot make her fall behind lmfao.

get a gunblade or exhaust then she just can force a retarded trade on u and come off on top nice champ dude.
