Old LeBlanc was more balanced than New LB.

New LB is unbalanceable imo. She will be perma banned until she gets her numbers slashed in half or worse. She has too much flexibility with her ult and passive and once 10 bans comes along, she will never see another ranked game ever again.

I get htat no one liked being oneshot in less than a second, but at least she had to land her entire combo to do it and had to put herself at risk by W'ing on top of someone.

But ofc downvotes because I'm suggesting something other than completely gutting her, which is the only way any mention of LB receives any support.

Old lb had insta burst. New lb just gets waveclear and nerfs to her combo, making her have to hit her chain and wait around for a few seconds to hopefully not get bursted down.

You mean the chains that hit you even if she misses by half a lane?

And then she has to wait no matter what if she hits them like how nidalee does when she misses her spear? Yes, those chains.

Which is pretty much the reason why old Leblanc's kit was hella toxic. She used to have double point-&-click insta-burst with her QR, or even a surprise insta-burst with her QW (& other combos). Current one may still seem OP, but each bonus damage cast now has a delay, which makes it a bit better than the old one.

the issue with leblanc is something that is a problem with Assassins in general: rather than have assassins operate through a "damage window" where certain things they do lead to massive damage, most Assassins just have a ton of constant heavy damage (Rengar cough cough). If they made her damage reliant on landing a skillshot that then lead to most of her damage, then it would be justified to have high damage. Getting hit by her skillshot would be the enemy's fault not because leblanc Q/E'd.
