Sudden impact is overpowered and uninspired
Nobody has MR anymore Riot, there's 0 reason anybody should be given 8 mpen early game for doing what they're already going to do

Nobody has MR anymore Riot, there's 0 reason anybody should be given 8 mpen early game for doing what they're already going to do
meanwhile cheap shot and taste for blood are on a cooldown and the damage/healing is equivalent to a single minions attack.
Most of the keystones are that way, lol.
