Riot spent an entire season adding delayed damage to a bunch of champions that weren't ADCs because muh counterplay and then right after decide, yep, you should just take half your life from an auto once someone has this incredibly underpriced item.

Youmuu's lmao. Youmuu's is almost as strong and would easily replace Duskblade.
But yeah, you're right, they do need to nerf ADC items and some specific ADCs, since they overbuffed them like crazy However, don't just nerf Duskblade, make AD assassins worth running not just for Duskblade, because right now without Duskblade most of those AD assassins are awful.
