To make Azir feel more fluid do you think it is possible to make his E make him dash to where his soldier WILL be if he uses his Q rather than where the soldier currently is, It's happened way to many times where I Q my soldier to a different location and E, only to be stopped because the soldier didn't finish the charge.

Also separate issue (Don't downvote for this, it's just a question): How big of a buff would it be if you let his soldiers proc on hit effects instead of spell effects? ect. are already basically useless on him given that all his abilities are technically AOE and as such reduce these item's effectiveness, this would allow him to actually have use for his core items such as and could make a viable pick for him.
