Ideas for Ashe's Hawk Shot

I really like Ashe, but her E feels just a little underwhelming. Back in Ye olde days her E granted gold (neat), but that was during the time TF gave the whole team gold too.

So I've got a few ideas for for a more modern Hawk Shot.

Damage Idea: Hawk Shot now sends a bird to scout a target location. Upon reaching its destination if the Hawk spots an enemy champion it will attack, dealing a small amount of dmg and slowing the target.

Scouting Idea: Hawk Shot, upon reaching its destination, now remains for 20* seconds and reveals the area.

QoL Idea: As the Shot travels if it spots an enemy along the way it will ping just like the scouting fruit in the jungle. Possibly marks those spotted for a few seconds too.
