It really get's good on the 8th stack and your attacks are splash AoE. On the right champion that shit's oppressive let me tell ya (i.e Jax, Kayle, Poppy, Yi)

how exactly does poppy use it well? She barely gets 2 autos in. Don't even count on getting 8 stacks, and then attacking to utilize the bonus dmg.

Didn't you know? Poppy uses EVERYTHING well. and when you put...(almost) EVERYTHING into an item she uses it well.
