"Grants +45 health regen per 5 seconds for up to 10 seconds after taking damage from an enemy champion or when the spell shield breaks." Was it removed? Or is it still there? I can't seem to find it in the description anywhere. (Rhymes not intended xD) If so when was it removed and why?

They changed it to a passive +100% HP5.

That was changed patch v4.20 when they switched over how they were doing Regen stats.
