I’ve been trying to git gud at Azir lately, and I can’t seem to do anything against yasuo. His tornado outranges me, and I can’t get away from him when he dashes to me. This is most likely the fact that I’m just bad at Azir, but is there a way to properly fight him, or is Yasuo a counter to me?
TitanAnteus1 votesYou're underestimating Azir's poke potential. W to get a soldier up and Q IMMEDIATELY after you do on the enemy champ. It's one of the longest range abilities in the game. If you're harassing him properly he won't be able to jump on you that well.

Hyquiem1 votesIn my experience, of azir I don’t try to poke him early, it’s best to let him push, and if he does I can poke him undertower, look for roams, don’t take comet since it’s useless with yasuo.

Unlimited Ninja1 votesI play a lot of azir and i also main yasuo. When playing against a yasuo as azir, you always have to beware of his all-in. He can actually stop your q with his windwall so keep in mind of that. Poke with your soldiers but make sure you arent in a position to get all in'ed when you q. Try fighting close to your turret so you can ult him into your turret. Azir is a high-skill based champion, so it will take plenty of games to get a hang of him.
