DarthSpectrum1 votesReworks is unrelated to LCS though. Otherwise I agree with you, Mordekaiser's and Cassiopeia's reworks only put them in a worse position than before.
As to your first topic, if a champion is a staple pick in high competitive play, that means they are better than their peers. The reason professional players pick these champions is because they are the most powerful. Some LCS players even complain about how much they hate playing X champion, but they do it anyways to win.
The only champion that seems to escape the LCS nerf hammer is , because too many fans would protest if he is nerfed.

It's a drain on this game's resources and adds nothing at all of value. It gets champs that are totally fine in normal play nerfed.
Just give LCS their own version of the game to play with a totally separate balancing cycle from normal League. Then Riot can nerf the hell out of Eve to their heart's content without disrupting the games of 99.999% of their player base.
Pika3101 votesIt's not so much they're balancing solely for LCS, but rather that they're basing it around both LC$ and bronze 5. Riot only makes decisions based on outliers and completely ignores the common man. Whatever makes them the most money is what they base everything on and those would be the pro scene and wherever the largest playerbase sits, aka casuals.
