Nidalee Nerfs

The general trend in Nidalee nerfs have been focused towards getting people to play more in cougar form as opposed to just poking with spears in human form. So, I decided to take the initiative to write the next Nidalee update for them.

"We think that people who play Nidalee by only poking with Javelin Toss creates no counterplay for the enemy team. So we're adding a small amount of counterplay if Nidalee is built solely as a poke champion. Basically, Nidalee players shouldn't play in human form at all so we're slightly tuning her in that direction."

Human Form: 50% reduced health regen 50% reduced mana regen 50% reduced armor 50% reduced magic resist 50% reduced attack damage 50% reduced attack speed 20% reduced movement speed 50% increased duration of enemy crowd control on Nidalee Enemies who kill Nidalee are immune to the next turret shot within 3 seconds and receive 50% increased movement for 3 seconds.

Cougar Form: 10% increased movement speed
