Jungler mastery?

I would like a comment from a red on this.

With the changes to Fervor of Battle, only a single Keystone mastery actually affects the clear speeds of junglers. And even then, it's more effective on laners. It honestly feels like Riot doesn't want junglers to bother with Keystone masteries except for ganking. While I can understand that sentiment and understand that the jungle phase is a fairly short one, it would be nice if there was a niche somewhere in the new masteries that helped out junglers with their clear times or to make the jungle more rewarding for them beyond giving tank junglers a bit more health. It really feels like junglers just aren't being allowed to benifit from the new Keystone masteries.

How is Strength of the Ages better on laners than junglers? You only benefit from it once every three minion waves. In general, the Keystone masteries affect fighting against champions anyway instead of farming, with the exception to Strength of the Ages. So don't junglers have the only farming keystone? D:

IIRC, Fervor of Battle never affected jungle clear-speed.

While it would stack when you were fighting minions and monsters, the on-hit damage only applied to enemy champions.
