Solo player win rates have reached 49ish%. Does that count?
Its better than it used to be, I can't actually remember the last time I played vs a full 5 man premade. I still see a ton of 3 man premades vs solo players though. But as long as Riot keeps matching premades with solo players, it will never be "fixed". Dynamic que is inherently flawed.
