Blue Essence - IP Question

How come the Blue essence for unlocking two 3150-champions, is not equal to the Blue essence for unlocking a 6300-champ?

You need 490 BE for a 3150-champ and 675 BE for a 6300-champ. Since you need 6300 IP for two 3150-champs, wouldnt it make sense for the same to happen in champ shards?

Opinion on this guyz?

Ofc I suggest the decrease of blue essence in 3150-champs and not increase the BE for 6300-champs :P
