Yeah Illaoi needs a nerf.

Her E and Tentacles are too strong.

Her E basically has 0, literally ZERO downsides once landed. The whole, "fight when tested" gimmick is bs. The clone lasts 10 seconds, and attacking her only reduces it by 1 second which is nothing. Consecutive hits need to reduce it even more. But basically it goes like this.

She lands her E on you

Run or Stay.

Running will let you take the least damage but will leave you slowed for 80% which is insane... AND being turned into a vessle which is just miserable. Especially when you dont get the last hit on her tentacles and you are playing the Vessle mini-game forever.

Staying will result in you taking a metric dick load of damage and almost always being turned into a vessle.

Either way once she lands her E you lose.

Now other than her completely broken E that has no counterplay, her Passive deals a crap ton of damage even if she barely has ANY AD at all. Which would be okay if her Q hitbox was fixed. As you might know it actually has a bigger hit box than what it seems in game. Resulting in you being slapped for a ton of damage when you thought you had side stepped it.

She is a champion you cant fight and cant not fight, its oppressive a hell.

Have you tried learning to play against her instead of just bitching on the forums? Most recent game I played against an Illaoi (as Singed) I got hit by her E about three times the entire game and her Q twice. The only time I took a vessel hit was when I didn't have any mana to go in and ruin her day.
Illaoi telegraphs every ability to a ridiculous extent. It's not that difficult to move slightly perpendicular or stay near minions.

Have you tried attacking her when you get hit by her Test of Spirit? If you do attack her it reduces the time your spirit is out and lets you take less damage through it. Standing behind minions make her E useless.
