there are a few types of premade groups: here some examples. -that one group who are just inviting each other without any communication (skype/teamspeak) etc. this means, you will also get matched against a team with a premade group, if you are unlucky they play with voice chat (skype/teamspeak) and your team is on a disadvantage. so its like playing with a "fake" premade team against a "real" premade team. -that one group who plays together for a long time and just have a huge advantage because of synergy + communication -that one group which is full of diamond/master smurfs which is complete bullshit to play against.
its just not fair and balanced at all, and it will never be imo. give back soloq and team ranked and remove dynamic que. what am i writing this for, i'll play overwatch now hehe xd edit: looks like BLIZZARD KNEW THE BEST TIME TO REALSE THE GAME. lololol
