Mark/Dash is Unbalanced

I don't think this is a surprise to anybody, so I'll keep this brief. The "snowball" is OP. Not OP as in fundamentally broken, but it is definitely overly strong against certain champions. I'm happy that melee champions are now more viable. Really, this is a great thing! But now that they can close the gap, an entirely different class of champions is now underpowered: Mages. Specifically, kiting-based and immobile mages.

This is due largely to the immense range of the spell combined with its low cooldown. You can literally dive tower-to-tower, and in extreme circumstances, past multiple towers. Again, this is great for champions who used to have no way to get in. But now, mages like Lux and Xerath have their main strengths diminished while amplifying their inherent weaknesses, and this causes an imbalance.

I definitely think the spell is a good addition to ARAM. However, as long as it has such great range and low cooldown, even if it did no damage, all it does is enable one class to shine while leaving another in the dust.
