@Riot Idea to reduce snowballing and promote teamwork rather than solo carry

Have the gold earned via cs and kills be split to all team members where the person who gets it receives the most gold while the team gets a fraction. This way the net team gold will not change, but it is distributed more evenly amongst the members; allowing those who are behind due to a countered lane have a fighting chance and those who are ahead become a less priority target. I mean like when I play certain champs, if I get ahead I will almost always get the kill because my damage is too high, starving my team gold and when late game come if I die trading a 1 for 1 the enemy team would have a gold advantage over mine because I have 60-80% of the team's kill. I know this idea isn't perfect, but it can be improved.

A backline minion normally gives 16 gold, so with the split, the person who kills it should get 12 gold and everyone else on the team gets 1 gold. A frontline minion gives 22 gold if I'm not wrong, the person who kills it should get 14 gold while everyone else gets 2. A cannon minion gives 41 gold, the person who kills it should get 29 gold and everyone on the team gets 3. A kill which gives 300 gold should give the killer 140 and everyone on the team 40 gold. Assists should be split 60:10:10:10:10 or 80:5:5:5:5 and if there's more that one person assisting, then the ratio would change. Support item which gives the support gold should be divided 66:33 among the support the person the support is supporting. (Closest one)

By having this system lanes which are ahead can give lanes which are behind a gold boost while allowing the other team not to get rolfstomped because a riven went 5-0 since she would only still be worth 2.3-0 in gold value, but her late game kogmaw adc gets a nice almost 200 gold from her score. While this can be abused and extremely frustrating if a teammate is trolling/afk creating a gold sink for the team, it can be implemented only in Team Ranked where you know all the people you play with so there's no fear of a troll getting all the free gold.
