Wondering about the Illaoi healing

it says it is 5% missing HP whenever an enemy champion is hit by a tentacle.

Does this mean that if you hit the same champion simultaneously with several tentacles, then you will heal more? How about hitting multiple champions at the same time?

I've played her only one game and i'm honestly not sure. I'd think it would be 5% healing on each tentacle regardless of how many champions it hits. So...

if 1 tentacle hit 1 champ = 5% healing If 2 tentacles hit 1 champ = 10% healing

Again, I'm not really sure.
