So xin is banned twice for new banning system

no note on if he got picked during banning phase , still does not make any sense

well here's the thing he isn't hard to use but he isn't hard to counter but considering people don't hold displacements or stuns for when he jumps onto them they die to him alot losing to him and develop a vendetta for him kind of like what happens to people who fight yas or lee

twice i mean as in my team banned him and enemy did same as banning him , so 1 slot for nothing when banning champs on both sides

bans can be duplicated on both teams, If I ban Xin, my teammates can't ban him but the enemy team can. So the lowest amount of bans is 5 if all five bans on each team is duplicated.

There can be less bans because not banning is an option, but more often than not, you're going to see probably 8 or 9 bans total but you always get to have a say on what YOU don't want to play against.

Did you read the second paragraph? "There can be less bans because not banning is an option"

But realistically, people are going to ban all the time because generally people want to win and not be tilted by a pick they don't like playing against. I don't care about the 0.001% of games where all ten players troll and don't ban or custom games where it's agreed upon that no one bans. Besides, I even gave a situation, "So the lowest amount of bans is 5 if all five bans on each team is duplicated." This sentence alone implies that everyone banned and all 5 were duplicated on both sides.

I posted a response to help someone understand the banning system and the post fulfilled its purpose. Then you come in trying to nitpick something that doesn't really matter and realistically won't happen ever.
