New game mode idea-9 item slots

After the echo fox vs dignitas game yesterday that went on for over an hour, everyone was at full build with a lot of spare gold. That got me thinking- what if we had more ite lm slots as one of hear upcoming rotating game modes. Obviously we wouldn't want games to go on for several hours so we could get increased gold income and/or reduced item costs to make the game progress faster. Ever wanted to get a full 100% crit and all 3 flat armor pen items on graves, a Mage with 1000 ap and 45% cdr, or see a sion with 8000 hp?

Another thing we could add to this game mode or just make it an independent one is allowing more than one keystone mastery of just giving everyone all the masteries in all 3 trees. Both of these could make a new game mode or two independent ones for the new rotating queue. Upvote if you would like to see these be added to the short list of rotating game modes!
