Rito plz make characters with relationships have buffs

We know many champions have similarities, like noxians, twitch and singed, and Annie and brand. There should be buffs these champions gain from each other such as the twitch and singed combo: whenever they are together, their poisons are buffed, or singed' trail heals twitch. Another example is Annie and brand: they can have a buff that increases their abilities when they target the same unit. And Last off, stand together: when 2+ champions that are allies/friends, such as terms and tristana, they gain an ad and ap buff. Plz rito
