I think sated devourer should prob every third auto for ranged champions, every fourth seems a bit low

I have the feeling all ranged AS junglers just rekt in this patch. All of them.
But ranged champs have access to

Add a new poll option to remove phantom hit altogether, buff the on hit famage back up to 60, and make it not require any stacking at all like the other jungle items. No sated devourer, just devourer, attack speed and damage on hit completed item right at purchase.

is one point that shows that this needs to be in place, ap jung TF with only attack speed and ap itemization, they would proc e every 3 AA and it does an additional 55/80/105/130/155 (+50% Ability Power) Magic Damage.In addition, his Attack Speed is increased by 10/15/20/25/30%. In otherwords, he is able to get a steroid on top of just AA thanks to it. And devourer naturally gives magic damage on AA.
sated isn't the problem, it is kits that abuse 3/4 hit = proc skill, or AA=CD abilities
