TK is pretty strong

So let me understand this, with the Q maxed out and barely any cdr i was able to AA>Q>AA and easily wait for my Q to come off of cd, Q stun them for almost 2 seconds, eat them then reposition them while hard ccing them for 3 whole seconds, k. Not to mention he has 2 life bars and scales with HP.

Needs buffs rito plz.
